The Leadership Trail™ is operated by Focco Prins / The Green Connection. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep this as short and plain as possible — because we believe honesty applies here too.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data you actively provide. Specifically, through the Fresh Air Effect™ diagnostic form:

• Name — so we can address you personally in our response.
• Email address — so we can send you the personalised diagnosis.
• Diagnostic answers — your 10 responses (scores 1–5) and the resulting Fresh Air Score and phase, so we can provide a relevant and specific diagnosis.

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not use advertising networks.

3. Why do we collect it?

The sole purpose of collecting your data is to send you a personalised diagnostic response from Focco Prins. Your data is not used for automated profiling, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose other than the follow-up you requested.

4. How is your data stored?

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform on which this website is hosted. Netlify is a US-based company and complies with applicable data transfer frameworks. Your submission data is accessible only to Focco Prins and is retained for no longer than 12 months.

5. Do we share your data?

No. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third party, other than Netlify as the technical processor described above.

6. Your rights (AVG / GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data at any time.
• Objection — object to how we process your data.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

To exercise any of these rights, simply send an email to focco@theleadershiptrail.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never change how we use your data without informing you first.
